this past week has been kinda busy. this last wednesday was one of my suite mate's b-day, so i made brownies and we had chinese food and just kinda celebrated, then thursday night we had a kinda of a potluck on our floor, though it's not much of a potluck when only 2 out of 6 suites bring food, but it managed to work out. friday night i went out w/ merc and ong for merc's b-day. i came on blogger friday to post a happy birthday message, but blogger was down, so that kinda sucked. i had fun having dinner w/them. we went to some place called cafe tu tu tango, it was pretty good...esp. the chocolate chip cheesecake. ; )

Hmm..oh yeah, yesterday i went to the brea mall. brea is a town right next to fullerton...you cross a street and poof you're in brea. anyways, i thought that was fun. i was going to pick up some job applications, but i didn't feel like it. i was pretty mopey yesterday and i just didn't give a damn about anything really, though i got better as the day progressed. so i may go back one day on my own. my fav. part of the mall was this pet store where you could actually pet the animals. of course i went straight for the bunnies...they were so soft....*sigh* i want one so bad. anyways, i petted some birds and puppies too...unfortunately they had no kittens. i was also good yesterday...i didn't spend any money, well at the mall anyways. i did go grocery shopping and i went to target and i got stuff i needed...except for maybe the black cherry fizz wine coolers. *shrugs* oh well...

oh yeah, i'm told i moan in my sleep. must be having some good dreams.. ha ha. : )

wow, i didn't realize that it has been a week since i posted. i had a pretty good weekend. hung out w/merc and ong, which is always fun, and then yesterday i did homework and studied. i also stayed up until 3am w/some of my room mates talking w/ 2 of the guys that lived next door. that wasn't smart, cause i turned around and got up at 7am this morning to go take a midterm. so i got 3-4 hrs of sleep and i am going to try and stay awake today...but i may take a nap after my film class this afternoon.

*stretches* i am sooooo tired. got about 4-5 hours of sleep last night. i was just going to sleep after my class this morning, but i thought i would stay awake. good thing though is that i am feeling better, except i am still coughing a little.

i had a great weekend and i think it's been awhile since i could say that. i mean when i went home it was great, but then i got sick. anyways, the greatness of my weekend was mainly friday and saturday. friday night i went over to merc and ong's place and hung out...wound up spending the night on the most comfy bed. i'm thinking i'd like to trade. ; ) and then saturday i went w/merc and ong to see mxpx and that was definitely cool. they are pretty good...may have to look into them a little. i love hanging out w/ merc and ong....just love it. : ) i didn't do anything yesterday except sit on my butt, watching the nascar race. i didn't even get dressed until 9pm when my room mate and i went to the store...heh. better late than never i guess. : )

i am trying to write a blog that is comprehensive, but i feel like i am failing. i think my brain is mush this morning, but it's monday...i can always use that for an excuse. if it weren't for mondays, i don't think we'd have excuses...or would we blame it on tuesdays? hmm...

ahh, the joys of being sick. i guess that's what i get for going home. ; ) i did have a good time at home, though i wished i could have stayed longer. i found myself getting back into the whole routine of being home and just as that was happening, i had to leave. it was funny, at first, i kinda felt like a stranger in my own house, like i was a guest or something. i really didn't like that feeling. i was so excited that i got to see my baby (winston). i think he's grown a lot, though my parents don't think so. but they're around him all the time, so they probably don't see it. he still does his little trick for me, where he jumps in my arms, so i was happy. : ) i hung out w/rena and monique on saturday...we went to lunch and went shopping, which is always fun. i bought some pj pants, a new cd (the apex theory), and a new mouse. my, how i love my new mouse...it's moves so easy. not to mention i now have a scroll wheel...a-woohoo!

let's see...i had a midterm last night. i don't think i did *too* badly. we had to write on 3 different things and i think i did well on 2 of them. i am hoping for at least a b, but i'll see what happens.
