Home Sweet Cow Town, Home

It is nice to be home. I like seeing my parents, hanging out with my friends...well, only Monique so far, sleeping in my bed, seeing my kitty Winston (the other animals too)...and it just makes me sad that on Monday I have to turn around go back to the OC.

I came home and got 2 more Christmas gifts from my parents...one was a Blue's Clues Christmas ornament....for those who don't know, I was really into Blue's Clues back when Steve was on the show and I have many a merchandise to prove it. And they got me a James Dean watch which is freaking awesome. And they liked the gifts I got them, so that made me happy.

So, it seems the whole state of CA is getting drenched. Ickers. I hate the rain; it's fine if I'm inside but I hate going out in it. Oh and the Tsunami thing is so sad...almost unbelieveable. A nice reminder that there are much more powerful things than humans in the world.

No huge plans for New Year's. Monique is coming over and we will be drinking margaritas. I am not sure if I want to go all out and get drunk or just feel it really good...guess I'll see how I feel tomorrow. I'm just not up for going out on New Year's...too many crazies out there. Plus I'd probably have to be the DD and I wouldn't like that. ;)

OMG and speaking of New Year's...Monique and I were in Target, and there were these girls near us and one of them asked (and I am paraphrasing), "So, is New Year's Eve on Dec. 30th?" It was something like that and I just walked by and said "OMG" really loud. I mean, how stupid can you be. She was blonde too...makes us smart blondes look stupid.

Have a Happy New Year's everyone! Wish I had someone to kiss...
