Amy Winehouse

Check her out...I heard her song "Rehab" on the radio a few times and decided to download it. After that, I realized I really liked the song and I bought the album from iTunes.

She has an awesome voice, it's deep, jazzy, soulful, and has some good power to it. Her songs have a very strong oldies feel to them, which is probably part of the reason I like the album so much...I love oldies. She may even sample a few oldies songs, but I am not sure. iTunes classifies her as R&B/Soul...anyway, check her out if ya get the notion, she has some clips on her website. Also, after you hear her voice and then look at her...you might be shocked that that voice came from her, I know I was.
