Awesome Food Day

So, today was full of great food. First, I started off the day with some eggs, toast and awesomely prepared bacon. Then, made some fudge (my first time ever) and that came out wonderfully. Then, made some ginger bread cookies, which I had never had before and realized that are pretty damn good. (Even better w/cream cheese frosting...mmm). For dinner, there was awesome Chili Colorado...awesome meat, sauce, cheese, sour cream...and it ended with some rum balls. Which weren't too bad...though, I am thinking that I might not be a big fan of dark rum. So yes, awesome food day and big thanks for Merc & Ong for letting me participate.

Just a quick, totally unrelated note...I was very sad to hear bout Brittany Murphy. I first saw her in Clueless, which my friends and I loved, and well, I still do. It was one of those movies I "grew up" on. She was a great actress and very shocking and sad news.
