Killer Back Pain
I have been having some mean lower back pain for the last 1-2 months. I can't quite figure out why I've been having it or if anything has changed in my routines to cause it to hurt. It basically hurts from my hips to the middle of my behind. I'm finding that I can not lay, sit or stand in a certain position for too long w/o it hurting and I have never had this problem. I wake up in the middle of the night to change positions and it hurts like hell when I move. And, it's really a bummer, my back seems to hurt worse when laying on my stomach which is my absolute favorite sleeping position and now I can barely do it. Part of me is wondering if it is stress, but I normally carry that up around my neck and shoulders.
I have also been having trouble w/my left hip...though I think I remember having trouble w/my hip last year when it got colder. How sad is this? I'm only 28.
Anyway, I can deal w/the hip, but I really need to figure out this back thing. The constant ache is just annoying. I did some stretching this evening and that seemed to help. So maybe stretches and drugs...and maybe my heating pad.
I feel old.
